Returns and Refund Policy
45 Days No-Risk Guarantee. Is that true!?
- That’s right! All purchases are covered for 45 Days from the day of order delivery.
- Example: If you order on June 1, 2018 and get your order on June 7, 2018, your purchase will be covered for a total of 52 DAYS!! That is 7 days of shipping period plus another 45 DAYS from the day of delivery to your doorstep! That’s a total of 52 DAYS!
We have a no-nonsense policy when it comes to our customers’ satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied with your products, we will issue a full refund, no nonsense questions asked!
Help! My Item is Damaged/Defective. What do I do?
- If the item you received is damaged/defective, depending upon the case, we will issue a FULL refund or FREE replacement. No need to return the item to us!
How long does my Refund take?
We usually complete refunds within 24 – 48 Hours on our end! After that, it may take 2-3 business days for Your Bank to process the refund. Do not worry, Contact Us Here or Mail Us at email@example.com if you face any issues!
I want a Replacement. What do I do?
- If you want a replacement, depending upon the case, we will send a FREE replacement WITHOUT needing the item to be returned! That’s right, you should not have to suffer for something that’s not your fault! You won’t be charged for something that was broken in the first place.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Damaged items are only eligible to be returned within 15 DAYS of receiving the item.
- Various types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate (such as undergarments) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Shipping fees will be handled by you in case you want to return a product which is not damaged/defective.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed from our payment processor within 2 – 3 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Contact your bank if there is a delay. Often there is some processing time before a refund is posted.

- To return your product, please mail us at email@example.com with your return details and we will provide you with the return details and address.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item which is non-defective/non-damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
