We ship most of the products from our international warehouses (we have an international presence), please read delivery estimation time below.

How long does delivery take?

US, UK & CA – For most of the items, it would usually take 10-15 business days.
Europe, Australia – For most of the items, it would usually take 15 – 20 business days.

If you place your order during US holiday season, please allow for 5 – 7 extra business days, as shipping companies and Noah’s Cave are very low on staff during these times and it may result in an unexpected delay. We, however, try our best to get your order delivered to you without delay.

Rest Of The World – For most of the items, it would usually take 15-40 business days.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status in real time by logging into your Noah’s Cave account and going to My Orders.

After an order has been placed, your items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Below are the expected delivery times.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

What is a “Request-only” Product?

Few products on our site specifically have a note as “Request-only Product” on their product page. These products are considered as pre-orders and hence require some time for finishing of the product. The time required for “Request-only” products to be shipped is specifically mentioned under these products.

Do you deliver products internationally?

Noah’s Cave successfully ships a lot of products each day. We have many happy customers in the USA and plan to expand to other countries soon!

I’ve placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have a few warehouses, we don’t have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item may be shipped separately. So you’ll probably receive one item before the next. Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they will get to you! 🙂

I’ve put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments.

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

IF THERE’S A PROBLEM, CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

If an item doesn’t arrive or doesn’t match the description, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs. All you will have to do is to ship us back the product on your own expenses.
